Arrowhead Red Sangria

 3 l Baltimore Bend Vineyard Arrowhead Red Wine (3 liters)
 8 fl oz Brandy (6 to 8 ounces)
 2 Large Lemons, thinly sliced
 2 Apples, sliced
 2 Large Oranges, thinly sliced
 1 l Citrus-Flavored Bubby Water, orange or lemon is best (1-2 liters)

Mix wine, brandy, lemons, oranges and apples in a large container and chill, covered, 18 to 24 hours.

Stir occasionally.


It should be pretty strongly flavored and the texture will be almost syrupy.

Add one liter of bubbly water & stir until the sangria reaches desired consistency.
